These terms apply to your use of zasium.com, including booking appointments and buying products from the Zasium shop. The website is operated by Zasium LLC (“Zasium”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Health information on this site
Content on this website is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not create a provider–patient relationship. Always talk with a qualified health professional about your own health. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911.
2. Clinic services and appointments
- Clinical services are provided by licensed providers. Your care is also governed by the intake, consent and privacy forms you complete with your provider.
- Booking online reserves a time; your provider may contact you to confirm details before the visit.
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated missed appointments may affect future online booking.
- Telehealth visits require a device with a camera, microphone and a stable internet connection. Some services may not be suitable for telehealth.
3. Dietary supplements
Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label and warnings before use. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider first.
4. Orders, pricing and availability
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs. If we cancel after you have paid, we issue a full refund.
- We try to show products accurately. Packaging and label designs may change from the images shown, as manufacturers update them.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
