Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 pm Pacific time usually leave our Anaheim office within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates and delivery
- Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We ship with USPS or UPS. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after they ship.
- Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also see your orders under My account.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us through our contact form. We will work with the carrier and help resolve it.
